Mr. Shane Menking (Picayune letter, Sept. 23) is opposed to all three school bond propositions, even Proposition One ($72 million) that is needed for making facility repairs, meeting ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) requirements, buying school buses, and for other essential maintenance of our schools.
