• The Eanes school board will hold its regularly scheduled monthly meeting Wednesday at 7:30 p.m. at district administration building, 601 Camp Craft Road.

• The next West Lake Hills City Council is scheduled for 7 p.m. Wednesday at City Hall, 911 Westlake Drive.

• Eanes school district bus routes for the 2010-11 school year are viewable via the Transfinder link on the district’s website, www.eanesisd.net/departments/transportation/bus-routes.

District officials say this page will be updated periodically as routes may be adjusted to provide the best service possible during the first few weeks of school.

The Transfinder search feature will allow anyone in Eanes school district to easily find a school, bus stop and stop times.

The district’s transportation department mailed postcards to registered riders this week. Anyone with questions may call 732-9050.

Parents and students are encouraged to view the bus riding safety video that has been posted under Webcasts.

• The Westlake Rotary Club meets Friday at 7:30 a.m. at St. John Neumann Catholic Church, 5455 Bee Cave Road. Cost is $5 or $15 for a full meal.

• Faith in Action Caregivers – South Austin, which offers services to help older adults in maintaining and improving their quality of life, is actively recruiting volunteer drivers.
