Former Westlake track star Molly Buck earned all-American honors at the NCAA Division III Women’s Outdoor Track and Field Championships at Baldwin-Wallace College in Berea, Ohio, Saturday with a third-place finish in the 400-meter hurdles.

Buck, a junior at Rhodes College and a 2007 graduate of Westlake High School, finished with a time of 61.69 seconds. Entering the meet, she was ranked seventh nationally in the event. She posted the fourth fastest time (61.33) in the nation in Friday’s preliminaries.

Buck also established new school records in the 100 hurdles (14.70) and helped the 1,600 relay team set a new school standard of 3:51.65.
