Dear Editor:

I have known Colleen Jones for eight years and am happy to strongly endorse her for Eanes school board.

I have known her as a friend, as a volunteer at church and as a leader. As I’ve worked with her, I have been very impressed with her organization, her attention to detail, and her character. She is involved in all four of her children’s lives and education, and with her advanced degrees in education and instructional technology, she has a solid understanding of how children learn and how to incorporate technology into the classroom. Colleen is someone I would trust to make reasonable and beneficial decisions for our district. Colleen is down-to-earth, thoughtful and intelligent. She’d make a great addition to the board.
