• Bowie’s C.C. Collier: In a coaching cradle of a district, the veteran led the Bulldogs to a 31-6 record and the third round of the playoffs in what many expected to be a rebuilding year.

Coach of the Year:
• Pflugerville’s Nancy Walling: Despite the almost season-long absence of PF Nneka Enemkpali, the veteran coach led the Panthers to the District 25-5A title for the second straight year.

Athletic post presence averaged a double-double with 12 points, 10.5 boards a game.
• F: Itiana Taylor, 5-10 sophomore, Pflugerville
