With the threat of inclement weather looming, Westlake has moved its scheduled baseball and softball games from Tuesday to this evening, according to officials at Westlake High School

The Chaps will open the baseball season today at 6 p.m. against visiting Cedar Park, while the Westlake softball team will host San Marcos at 7 p.m.

Tomorrow’s boys and girls soccer games and boys playoff basketball game remain as scheduled.

According to kvue.com, a winter storm watch Tuesday includes Blanco, Burnet, Gillespie, Llano, Travis and Williamson counties. There is 70-percent chance of snow and sleet tomorrow, according to the Web site.
