The Smile Never Fades third annual gala will be held at the Long Center on Sept. 25 from 6-10:30 p.m. Founded and directed by Westlake photographer Bill Bastas, The Smile Never Fades is dedicated to the fight against breast cancer. Proceeds from the event will benefit Breast Cancer Resource Centers of Austin.

This year’s gala will feature a 1950s-style supper club piano dinner in four courses by Sterling Affairs, with refreshments by Twin Liquors. Entertainment will include Andrew Grainger on piano, dance music by Third Language Band, performances by D’Ette Dance Studio, magic and comedy by JD Stewart and a live auction.

The new release of Bastas’ third book, “The Smile Never Fades, the Children,” will be available for purchase with signature by the author.

Tickets to the event are $100 and sponsorship tables are still available. For more information, visit thesmileneverfades.eventbrite.com.
